Effective June 26, 2026. Please read these terms; by using Plixely you agree to them.
Plixely turns an image you provide (a photo, or an image you generated elsewhere) into a physical sticker that we print and ship through a third-party print-on-demand vendor. Plixely is the merchant of record: we handle your order, payment, support, and refunds.
You must be at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian's consent) to order. Keep your account credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
You keep ownership of images you upload. By submitting an image you grant Plixely a limited licence to reproduce it solely to produce and ship your order. You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to, every image you submit, and that it does not infringe or violate any trademark, copyright, trade dress, design right, patent, or any publicity, privacy, or moral right of any person or entity.
You — and you alone — are fully and solely responsible for the content you submit. Submitting or ordering any trademarked, copyrighted, brand, character, logo, or celebrity/real-person material you are not authorised to use is a material breach of these Terms. Plixely does not pre-clear rights, makes no representation that any order is non-infringing, and bears no liability whatsoever for content you submit.
Indemnification. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plixely and our vendors, officers, and staff from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising out of or related to content you submit or order, including any intellectual-property or right-of-publicity claim. This obligation survives termination of your account.
Your designs. You own the sticker designs you generate on Plixely, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Plixely does not claim ownership of your generated outputs and does not restrict your right to use them commercially. Because designs are created with generative AI, your output may not be unique — others may generate similar images — so you do not gain exclusive rights over designs that others could independently create.
Your responsibilities (AI designs). Beyond the rights confirmation above, you must ensure your uploads and generated designs comply with Ideogram's Usage Policy and our content guidelines. Designs are generated using AI (image generation powered by Ideogram) — do not present them as human-made or as photographs of real events.
How designs are made. Prompts and images you submit for generation are processed by our third-party AI provider, Ideogram, to create your design. Under our agreement with Ideogram, your prompts and outputs are not used to train their model, except content flagged as violating usage policies.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm. We use automated and manual moderation and may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion. Any violation — including submitting infringing or trademarked/copyrighted material — may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, cancellation of your orders, and reporting to rights holders or authorities where appropriate, with no liability to you and no obligation to refund infringing orders.
Prices are shown before you pay, in your local currency (USD/CAD), including shipping. We confirm a preview and price before charging. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only, fulfilled domestically in each.
Made to order · changes, cancellations & refunds. Every Plixely sticker is custom-made to order and enters production as soon as your order is placed. Because production begins right away, once an order is in production it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Please review your proof, size, finish, quantity, and shipping address carefully before you confirm and pay.
Colors & on-screen proof. Screens and printers reproduce color differently, and no on-screen proof can perfectly predict a printed result. We do our best to match your proof, but slight variations in color, brightness, or finish between your on-screen preview/proof and the printed sticker are normal, are not a defect, and are not grounds for a refund or reprint.
Image resolution & print quality. Print quality depends on the resolution of the image you provide. Before you order, we show a print-readiness estimate (e.g. "this will print at ~150 DPI") and flag images that may print below recommended quality. If you choose to proceed after this warning, blurriness, pixelation, or quality issues caused by a low-resolution or low-DPI source image are your responsibility and are not eligible for a refund or reprint.
What we stand behind. We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed proof due to a printing, material, or fulfillment error on our part, email support@plixely.studio within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll make it right with a free reprint or refund. This does not apply to the color, resolution, or made-to-order matters described above.
Subscriptions renew monthly and include a set number of sheets per cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellations are not pro-rated — cancellation takes effect on your next renewal date (not mid-cycle or mid-month), and you keep the sheets already allotted for the current paid cycle. Billing is via Stripe.
Generation credits (shown as "generations") are a prepaid digital entitlement to use our AI image generation. They are not money, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Because they are a digital service delivered immediately, purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits don't expire while your account is active; unused credits are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated. A generation is counted whether or not you order the resulting design, and we don't guarantee any particular AI output. We may change credit prices, pack sizes, or free allowances going forward (changes don't affect credits you've already purchased). Billing is via Stripe.
Plixely is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
If you believe content on Plixely infringes your intellectual-property rights, email support@plixely.studio with: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work and of the allegedly infringing design or listing, including a URL; (3) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; (4) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf; and (5) your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable access to infringing content promptly upon a valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers. (This follows a US DMCA-style process; we apply comparable procedures for Canadian notice-and-notice.)
Except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you rights in your own jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be completed before launch], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
