Where we ship
🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada — every order is printed domestically in your
country, so there's no cross-border shipping, no surprise duties, and no customs delays.
Die-cut is US-only — our Canadian facility prints kiss-cut squares and sticker sheets
(including ✨ holographic). Canadian orders automatically get the kiss-cut equivalent, so you always
see exactly what will ship before you pay.
US orders ship in ~4 days; Canadian orders print in Canada and ship domestically.
Material & durability
Durable vinyl — water-, scratch- and UV-resistant.
Indoor or outdoor — laptops, water bottles, cars, windows, packaging.
Strong adhesive that still peels cleanly; kiss-cut backs make application easy.
Print quality & color
Color: screens and printers show color differently, so slight variations in color,
brightness, or finish between your on-screen proof and the printed sticker are normal — not a defect.
Resolution: print sharpness depends on your image. Before you order we show a print-readiness
estimate (e.g. "~150 DPI") and flag low-resolution images. If you proceed past that warning,
blurriness from a low-DPI source isn't eligible for a refund or reprint.
Our errors: if a sticker arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your
confirmed proof because of a print, material, or fulfillment error on our part, email
support@plixely.studio within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
Print quality & your image
For the crispest result, your image should be about 300 DPI at your chosen size
(e.g. a 3″ sticker prints best from roughly a 900×900 px image). Plixely checks every upload and shows the
honest print resolution before you order — and warns if a photo looks low-res or blurry. We won't let you
order anything that would print poorly.
Tips: start from the highest-resolution version you have, keep the subject roughly
centered, and avoid heavily cropped or screenshot-of-a-screenshot images.
