Images you upload or generate, and the previews we create from them.
Order details — items, prices, and the shipping address you provide.
Account info — your email, a hashed password (or Google sign-in), and display name.
Basic technical data — session identifiers and request logs for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Only to provide Plixely: create previews, take payment, fulfil and ship your order, run your
subscription, provide support, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with (processors)
Stripe — payments (card data goes directly to Stripe; we never see full numbers).
Google Firebase / Cloud — secure storage of data & print files, hosting.
Ideogram — AI image generation: processes the prompts and images you submit to create
your sticker designs. Under our agreement with Ideogram, your prompts and outputs are
not used to train their model (except content flagged as violating usage policies).
OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — address verification: receives your shipping address to
check it exists before we charge you (helps prevent failed deliveries). Not used for marketing.
Retention & your rights
We keep order records as needed for the service and legal/tax requirements. You can request
access to or deletion of your data, and you can delete your account (which removes your
profile, subscription, and saved designs) from your account page. Email
support@plixely.studio for any privacy request.
Cookies & security
We use a secure, signed session cookie to keep you logged in — not for advertising. Data is
encrypted in transit and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure.
Children & regions
Plixely isn't directed to children under 13. We currently serve the US and Canada.
