What does shipping cost?
Nothing extra. Every price on Plixely already includes shipping, in US or Canadian dollars.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States and Canada. We don't ship to other countries yet.
Where does my order ship from?
Stickers are printed to order by our print partner: US orders are printed and shipped within the United States, Canadian orders within Canada. That is why there are no duties or customs fees. Die-cut stickers are printed in the US only, so they ship to US addresses; kiss-cut stickers and sticker sheets ship to both countries.
How do I track it?
We email you when your order is placed and again when it ships. Your order page shows its status and the tracking link — find it under your account, in Orders.
Can I change my address?
Check it carefully at checkout: printing starts right away, so an order can't be changed once it is in production. We check that the address exists before you pay.
How does Sticker Club ship?
Your monthly sheets ship together, in one shipment a month.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email support@plixely.studio with your order number — a real person replies. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you approved because of our error, we reprint it free or refund you — your choice — within 30 days of delivery. If it is late, tell us and we will look into it with the carrier. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
