Made to order

Every Plixely sticker is custom-made to order and enters production as soon as you place your order. Because production begins right away, once an order is in production it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Please review your proof, size, finish, quantity, and shipping address carefully before you confirm and pay — we show you a proof and the exact price first.

We stand behind our work

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed proof due to a printing, material, or fulfillment error on our part, we'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund — your choice. Email support@plixely.studio within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

What isn't covered

Color / finish variation. Screens and printers reproduce color differently; slight variation between your on-screen proof and the printed sticker is normal and not a defect.
Low-resolution source images. We warn you before you order if an image will print below recommended quality (e.g. "~150 DPI"). If you proceed after that warning, blur/pixelation from a low-resolution source isn't eligible for a refund or reprint.
Wrong address or buyer error after the order is in production.
Prohibited/infringing content we cancel — no obligation to refund infringing orders.

Generation credits & subscriptions

AI generation credits are a digital service delivered immediately and are non-refundable except where required by law. Sticker Club subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at your next renewal (not pro-rated), and you keep the sheets already allotted for the current paid cycle.
